HOME·TABLE DECO FAIR assigns dedicated representatives to each exhibition category, ensuring more systematic and professional brand management.

• Shell Scheme Booth

Includes white wooden partition walls, dark gray carpet, one double power socket, 1 kW of electricity, three spotlights, and a fascia name board. Exhibitors are only required to arrange their interior booth displays.

*Booth Dimensions: 3 m (W) × 3 m (D) × 2.4 m (H)

• Space Only Booth

Exhibitors rent exhibition floor space only from the organizer. They must arrange separate booth construction through a contract with a COEX-registered stand contractor.

*Minimum booking of four booths required.

The early bird registration periods for the 2026 exhibitions are as follows:

• 2026 THE MAISON: Until March 31, 2026

• 2026 HOME·TABLE DECO FAIR: Until July 31, 2026

Space Only booth construction takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday of the exhibition opening week, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Exhibitors can apply for "Wired LAN" as an additional utility service or purchase a wireless internet card from the SK Broadband office on the 4th floor of COEX (Tel: +82-2-6000-8996).

These services are scheduled to be available from 4:00 PM on the day before the exhibition opens. The schedule is subject to change depending on on-site conditions.

Vehicle entry and dismantling are permitted from 7:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Vehicle access times may vary depending on on-site conditions.

Dismantling or removing exhibits before visitors have left the exhibition hall is strictly prohibited.

Freight vehicles are eligible for three hours of complimentary parking once per day by using the free parking QR code available at the freight parking area.

Exhibitor Hub login IDs and passwords will be sent to the designated exhibitor contacts by email 90 days before the exhibition opens.

On-site applications may be accepted after the utility service application period has closed. However, installation may not be possible for certain services.
